The company also promises you a certain starting wage and then pays you less. The second you get in to your shift, you're glued to your phone. You get in trouble by management if you sit there finishing your case notes for too long. If you are more than 1 minute late from a break you will get penalized. You will receive penalty for taking extra breaks as well during a 10 hour shift. Basically this company has the feel of a high school or prison.

It's all about popularity. You have to be super sweet and fake to even get noticed or keep your job. Great people, terrible management. While I've worked at this job for a while I must say that there is an utter disconnect between the managers, supervisors, and staff. It is a very friendly environment, but there are little opportunities for advancement unless you know someone higher up in management, and they have very little flexibility for your work schedule.

Poor management, communication issues, senseless business decisions. Working at milestone is fine. But, the pay is decent. Just lots of nonsense. Has perks but also downsides. While this job does have a lot of good people to work with, advancement seems to be lacking.

Management seems to want to hire recently hired employees for positions that employees who have been there longer are more qualified for. The most enjoyable part of the job is getting to work with awesome people. Great work environment, great people, stressful being tier 1. Working tier one is stressful and the randomly assigned hours are always a hard thing to get used to.

You get your shift and whether that is noc or day, it's not negotiable. If you don't mind different hours every month and need a nice paycheck, this is the place.

    • I found the typical workday to be long with the occasional breath of fresh air. When I found out God was real things changed for me.
