Place was not busy but we and another customer waiting 5 mins at the food end of the bar to be served whilst staff went to and fro ignoring us.

Had to ask a waitress if we could be served and got a grumpy reply back "there is only one key and she is serving at the other end of the bar"! Food average and only asked if our meal was ok as we were finishing. There are never enough staff on. Got a brandy coke and served it in a half pint glass. When my Husband complained the Manager was rude, dis-interested and not in the least bit interested in customer service. Won't be going again and look forward to when the new Wetherspoons at Drakehouse opens!! Visited with my girlfriend and her mother for a spot of lunch and a drink in the sun.

I ordered the spicy beef burrito which was delicious and very filling sonde recommend as comes with a drink included.

Girlfriend and her mother ordered sub sandwiches with fries and was amble for a lunch meal and both good value. Great service and received check back and value for money. Highly recommend especially with all the food deals this establishment offers for family's. Now a hungry horse had mixed grill cooked nice large portion good value for money staff all friendly good choise on menu at fair price.

Went there with my family for a meal. The food was ok for some of us others the food was awful!! I had the big daddy burger was nice where as my auntie had the hunters chicken which was awful the chicken was cremated and had the smallest amount of burnt cheese on it ever when we complained It was a huff and a puff from staff. They all seem very grumpy. Also very long question for drinks only one person serving??
