    No matter how mature you are though, your age is still It's a bit irresponsible considering what is typically assumed with age differences like this, and the legal trouble he could get in even though you two haven't done anything sexual. He sounds like a very caring guy. Perhaps you two should discuss holding off on dating for awhile though, until you're older. Right now it sounds like you have a lot going on in your life, not mention just starting highschool.
