If you're younger, you'll probably fit right in to the college and grad-school age range, but unfortunately that will only last for a few years, as I've found that older singles will have a tougher time relating to the CSU age crowd. Also, the student population is a revolving door, though of course quite a few do end up deciding to make their home in Northern Colorado after graduation -- in fact more than you'd think.
