All refunds are given at a pro rata rate, so if you have been online for 5 days, they will work out how much per day your membership is and refund you the amount based on that - again, I've seen this with some others sites too. If for some magic reason you find a free trial, then your 14 days to cancel starts at the start of your free trial, not your paid membership.
